Style Crush: Alexa Chung

I can't get enough of Alexa Chung and her gorgeous style! She is always looking great, whether it's at a  fashion shoot, festival or just simply out at the shops Alexa is always looking super trendy and absolutely stunning. Well known for her vintage style she never fails to put together the perfect outfit.

My favourite piece of clothing I have seen her in would have to be her leather jacket! Not only does it make any outfit look great, it goes with pretty much everything. Here is a simular jacket I found for a greart price!

Vogue Models in Paris

After seeing these photos I had to share them with you on my blog. These gorgeous vogue models are dressed to impress as they walk the streets of paris. Taking sophistication to another level all three of the girls are wearing lovely yet unique outfits. My absolute favourite outfit would have to be the girl on the rights, her aztec print skirt is to die for! Rihanna shows off her incredible holiday wardrobe

Right now I couldn't be more jealous of Rihanna's holiday wardrobe. Not only does she look absolutely fab, but she pulls off even the 'natural look' so well!

She was snapped by the paps wearing this gorgeous swimsuit, £125 from Lisa Maree on her summer holiday in the Mediterranean. As soon as I saw these pictures it became my mission to find a lovely cut-out swimsuit but, of course, for a lot less money!






RiRi isn't the only one wearing these cut-out swimsuits, at the moment they are all the rage! Available in all different colours, cut-outs & patterns, so you won't be looking the same as anyone on the beach or by the pool. You may be thinking its a bit late in the year to get one but actually its probably the best time as they are being sold for a lot cheaper. So hurry, go and get that gorgeous swimsuit for your next summer holiday!

5 Must Have Accessories!

Right now it's all about accessorises, you can't have the perfect outfit without the perfect accessories! Here is my top five 'must haves' for you to check out! Let me know what you think.

1.

Jewellery! Rings and bracelets are really in at the moment & the more the better. An outfit can really be brought to life with the right jewellery. Right now I am loving double finger rings as they really stand out and look great.





2.

Bags! A girl can never have enough bags & yes it is true that we need one for pretty much every different occasion. The satchel style bag is the bag to have at the moment, it can come in so many different colours and styles co you can get away with wearing them for any occasion! The tan coloured satchel is my fave as I love the vintage look it sets off.

Shoes! Of course an outfit in incomplete without the perfect shoes & what better than brouges? Everyone is loving them right now and as they can come in so many colours, patterns and designs you not only will look uber trendy but original too! I must admit quite a few pairs as I think you can't go wrong them. I seriously reccommend you invest in some, oh & check out the heeled ones too. Hot!

Headbands! Floral headbands especially look great & look amazing with a natural wavy style hair do. They don't have to be big and bold, cute petite ones look lovely too. I feel they just give off that finishing touch to a great outfit.

Sunglasses! Summer is finally arriving so it's time to whip out the sunnies. Big shades have been in for quite a while now so it's time to give the small ones their time to shine! Rounded, smaller sunglasses are really hot right now & if you don't have any it's time to hit the shops and get some as they are a huge must have this summer. They are available in so many colours and some even have fantastics patterns so you'll be spoilt for choice.

Style Crush: Lauren Conrad

 

 

Right now I am loving Lauren Conrad's style! By keeping the colours subtle and adding a statement bag she really does make an outfit look great. Baggy tops and high-waisted bottoms are really in this season & Lauren really pulls it off!

My fave piece of clothing from these pictures would have to be her tan sandals, they are to die for. Check out the pair which I found, they look simular & are much more affordable :-)

My First Post!

Okay, so I've finally made myself a blog! Yay! I'm thinking that maybe I start with introducing myself and saying a little bit about me. My name is Lauren and, as you have probably guessed from my not so original domain name, I am really into fashion. I've just left school and I'm eager to start working towards a career in, yes you guessed it, fashion! My ambition is to become a Fashion Journalist for obvious reasons & I'm eager to give it my all to get there. So, this is my first shot at making a fashion blog & here it goes! Wish me luck.
